Our analysts meet with key stakeholders in your organization to understand your particular challenges, business processes, and special needs for vendor compliance and credentialing.

We conduct an on-site facility review. Our implementation team evaluates connectivity, power, security concerns, and signage and communication issues for all vendor access points.

We provide the hardware configuration for the first vendor access point, and can assist in sourcing set-ups for additional points of entry. Our hardware configuration is easy to set-up and use, and consists of: Computer, Driver’s License Scanner, Badge Printer, and Web Camera.

We provide system training for all relevant staff, such as hosts (clinicians and operations staff), their administrators, and security.
